Take Control with Exercise

Take Control with Exercise is an arthritis exercise designed for people with arthritis, but anyone can benefit from it. This 8 week class will be led by Cindy Joy, RN and Sallee Hess, Coffey County Health Department. The class will be open to anyone interested and there is no cost to attend.
Take Control with Exercise helps people who have arthritis, take greater control of their lives and pain. Exercise helps to strengthen and mobilize joints and muscles. Flexibility and balance are maintained by improving physical fitness.
