Apple Desktop Bus

A serial communications link that connects low-speed input devices, such as a mouse or a keyboard, to the computer on the Macintosh SE, II, IIx, IIcx, and SE/30.

Light pens, trackballs, and drawing tablets may also be connected via the Apple Desktop Bus. Most Apple Desktop Bus devices allow one device to be daisy-chained to the next, up to a maximum of 16 devices.
