Appointive Boards - Coffey County, Kansas

Coffey County, Kansas, has several appointed boards by the Board of County Commissioners. The boards are staffed by all-volunteer members from the community. Those who volunteer their time and efforts help to make Coffey County a better place to live. Coffey County Airport Board: This Board meets the second Monday at 8:30 a.m. at the Coffey County Airport. For additional information, please call (620) 364-5346.

Coffey County Fire District #1 Board: This Board meets the third Monday at 7:00 p.m. The meetings are on a rotational basis among the stations. Coffey County Housing Authority Board: This board meets the second Tuesday each month at 12:00 p.m. at the Housing Authority Office. Coffey County Housing Authority provides a broad range of services including: housing rehabilitation, housing demolition, assistance to contractors building affordable homes, rental resource guide, new home construction, refurbished housing and housing emergencies.
