Cereal Malt Beverage Applications:

• Processes application and issues license -K.S.A. 41-2701

Moving Building Permits:

• Processes application and issues permit - insurance required -K.S.A. 17-1914-1915

Homestead Applications:

• To qualify you must have been a resident of Kansas for the entire year, and your total household income must not exceed $29,100 and you must also meet one of the following:
  1. Age 55 or older for the entire year; or
  2. Disabled or blind for the entire year; or
  3. Have a dependent child under 18 years old residing with you during the entire year.

     You must file for the Homestead Refund by April 15 of the following year.
